Our Ideal candidate will be someone who possesses the following qualities:

• A strong command of the keyboard with the ability to sight-read, improvise, and perform solo repertoire
• Excellent vocal skills
• Strong organizational skills 
• Ability to handle administrative tasks such as music filing, managing schedules, and basic in-house duties for concerts and church services
• Ability to work with volunteers and professionals
• Desire to improve their liturgical organ playing, leading hymns, and anthems
• Punctuality
• Basic conducting skills, or the desire to learn
• Understanding of, or or experience with, the Catholic Liturgy
• Enrolled in McGill’s Organ Department.
