This weekend we show our concern for our less fortunate neighbours through donations to our annual “Advent Mass of Concern”.

In your Sunday envelopes; you will find one specific for this Mass. If you do not have Sunday envelopes, specially marked envelopes, labelled “Advent Mass of Concern” are available at the entrance to the church.

Both cash and cheques are accepted. Cheques should be made out to Ascension of Our Lord Parish. Your generosity in supporting our Advent project will help feed and shelter the homeless and poor this Christmas.

If you wish your donation to be made in memory of a loved one please include the names with your donation.

NOVEMBER 15, 2020

Throughout the month of November a Book of Remembrance is normally available at the back of the church in which you are invited to inscribe the names of all family and friends whom you would like remembered in prayer by our parish community during this month.

Unfortunately this year we are not able to set out the book.

However, at every Mass in November Father MacEachen will have a special intention for all who have died and whom we wish to have remembered.
