Mass of Concern

On the weekend of November 25-26th, and the weekend of December 2-3, 2023, we will have our annual Mass of Concern mass and collection.

Many of our less fortunate neighbours depend on our help for money to purchase food and other necessities at Christmas and throughout the year.

Our parish receives many requests for assistance, and we support many Groups assisting the needy, such as Share the Warmth, two soup kitchens, The Open Door, Chez Doris, and others.

For those of our parishioners who use the Envelope system for your weekly donation to the parish, there is an envelope in the box for Mass of Concern, and special envelopes for all others will be available in the Church.

We are so grateful for your generosity.

Food Bank Donation

We have a new tradition in our parish to support the hungry on a more continuous basis. Over 860,000 Canadians visit food banks every month, with over 36% of the donations feeding hungry children.
